AMAZING!! Amanda Mitts is the best real estate agent ever! She came to us at a time when me and my now fiancée had no clue how to even navigate the housing market. We were not in any rush to find a home, but Amanda did not brush us off. In the meantime, Amanda was quick to provide us a detailed listing of homes that matched our preferences with constant real time updates. Amanda stuck with us through every step of the way of finding our dream home; she showed empathy and optimism through the heartbreaking moments of lost bids. Without her enthusiasm and support, we would not have been able to find our home in a short 2.5 months. We cannot imagine going through this lifechanging process with anyone else; she made everything so easy, worry-free, and exciting.

We met Amanda through Zillow's connect to an expert service. At that point, we thought we were just meeting with her to look at one house. However, we were so impressed with her that we ended up working with her exclusively as our buying agent. If it hadn't been for Amanda, we would have never found our dream home, as it wasn't even on the market when she found it! I loved working with her because she was so down to earth and honest with us about the homes we were looking at. I always felt like she was looking out for us, and shared the pros and cons of the different properties. She wanted to help us find a home we would be happy in, not just make a sale. I was so appreciative of this, and it lead us to finding the perfect home for us. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

We set an ambitious goal with Amanda for the price we wanted to sell our home at, and ultimately she negotiated with the buyers to reach that goal. Not only did Amanda make the process easy, she was always ready and available to explain everything that needed to happen, even if I was asking the same question more than once. When we finally found it, my dream condo was of course everyone s else s dream condo in a competitive summer market. Amanda was extremely strategic and secured me the home of my dreams (out of 14 offers!). Years later, after getting married and outgrowing the beautiful condo, I reached out to Amanda to sell my place and help my husband and I find our dream home together. Amanda went above and beyond throughout our entire process. She quickly secured an offer well over asking after tireless marketing and communication.

I had received a job offer in San Diego, and only had three weeks to relocate from Orange County, California, for it. I reached out to Amanda and she sent me a list of properties to view. I chose several that I wanted to see, and she made arrangements instantly to meet me at those properties. She provided me with insight to the neighborhoods and provided helpful suggestions to make the best choice for me. Even though this wasn't originally property portfolio, she treated me no different than any client who is seeking housing under her listings, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm very happy with my new home, and I highly recommend Amanda as she is personable, professional, and diligent with follow-through.

Working with Amanda to purchase my first home was a great experience. Don t get me wrong, the actual home buying process is long and difficult with plenty of ups, downs and roadblocks but working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure. She knows her job inside and out and does it well. Amanda understands the local market, she has a large network of contacts within the industry, she is a great communicator, detailed orientated, has a true passion for real estate / architecture, she is personable, a hard worker and a strong negotiator.
