As a home shopper, what I need is a Realtor that has intimate knowledge of the neighborhood I am seeking to purchase a home in. He needs to know where to be or not to be, what to be close to or avoid, what's available to do (shop, entertainment, recreation, personal services, etc.) He needs to know what current property values are, what's a good price, what's over priced, what are good terms, what aren't. Jason had all that knowledge in service to our home search, and we are very happy with the resultant new home that we now live in. Thank you Jason for a service well done.
